The mentoring programme will be held again this autumn semester, welcoming students, alumni and university staff to apply until 23 September.
On 16 May, the Estonian Doctoral School Career Conference will be held in Tallinn to discuss the value of doctoral studies and the career prospects of doctoral students. All Estonian doctoral students and those interested in doctoral studies are welcome to attend.
The finals of the 71st Estonian Chemistry Olympiad took place at the University of Tartu's Chemicum on March 16-17. This year, 97 students from grades 9 to 12 competed against each other.
Tõnis Laasfeld is a Research Fellow of Bioorganic Chemistry at the University of Tartu in the Institute of Chemistry and a data scientist at Proekspert. On August 29th of this year, under the supervision of professor of Bioorganic Chemistry Ago Rinken and Dr Leopold Parts.
Industrial master's program
On 27 September, the presentation of the new university textbook took place at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology.
Night Library will be 20 years old this year, and to celebrate this, the project will last longer than ever before - for five weeks. The Night Library opened on Monday, 15 May.
At the end of March, the web course Estimation of Measurement Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis was launched for the tenth time as a MOOC (Massive Online Open Course)!
12th Training Camp "How to Give a Popular Sciecne Talk" to PhD students in natural sciences will take place on May 19-20 (Fri - Sat).
